EBRU Care LLC was founded on the belief that every individual deserves access to compassionate, effective behavioral health care. We serve adults living with serious mental illness (SMI), co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, and residents of Behavioral Health Residential Facilities (BHRFs) throughout the Phoenix, Arizona community.

Who We Serve
EBRU Care LLC provides services to a diverse population of individuals who need behavioral health support. Our programs are specifically designed for:
- Adults aged 18 and older who are navigating behavioral health challenges
- Individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness (SMI), including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depressive disorder
- Individuals living with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders who need integrated treatment
- Residents of Behavioral Health Residential Facilities (BHRFs) who require ongoing clinical support
- Individuals referred by AHCCCS health plans, case managers, or other behavioral health entities
Admission Criteria
To be eligible for services at EBRU Care LLC, individuals must meet the following criteria:
- Active AHCCCS enrollment with behavioral health coverage
- Documented behavioral health diagnosis such as an SMI designation or qualifying mental health condition
- BHRF placement or referral from an AHCCCS health plan, case manager, or behavioral health entity
- Willingness to participate in treatment planning and service delivery
Exclusion Criteria
While we strive to serve as many individuals as possible, the following situations fall outside our current scope of services:
- Primary substance abuse diagnosis without a co-occurring mental health condition
- Individuals requiring acute inpatient psychiatric or medical care
- Individuals not enrolled in AHCCCS or without behavioral health coverage

Care Coordination
EBRU Care LLC works collaboratively with Behavioral Health Residential Facilities (BHRFs), AHCCCS health plans, primary care providers, and other behavioral health professionals to ensure seamless, integrated care for every individual we serve.
Our care coordination approach promotes continuity of services, timely communication among treatment team members, and a holistic focus on each client's physical, mental, and social well-being. We believe that the best outcomes are achieved when everyone involved in a person's care is working together toward the same goals.
